Over four weeks, you'll uncover your strengths, define your personal brand, learn to communicate your value with confidence, and develop the storytelling skills that help you stand out in internships, interviews, meetings, and future career opportunities.

Led by Debra Olshan Cooper and Professor Nat Measley, participants will learn from two accomplished professionals with more than 50 years of combined experience. As the founder of Your Career Design Lab, Debra spent more than 30 years building successful public relations and marketing firms in New York City and Miami, helping brands and clients craft compelling stories and earn national media exposure. 

Professor Nat Measley has coached speakers, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders while teaching hundreds of young professionals how to communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact. Together, they bring decades of real-world experience in storytelling, communication, leadership, and professional development.
